What are Adhoc’s opening hours?

You can place orders through the online store at any time. Our physical shop in Madrid is open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 21:00 and Sundays from 11:00 to 19:00. We are located at Calle León 11.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Deliveries are limited exclusively to central Madrid, within the M30 ring road. For further questions, please contact us by phone or email.

How much does delivery cost?

Deliveries within central Madrid have a fixed cost of €8. Please note that flowers are delicate and require special care to arrive at their destination in the best possible condition.

When can I request delivery?

As a general rule, deliveries are made starting the day after the purchase date. You can contact us to check if same-day delivery is possible.

If I buy online, when can I pick up my order at the shop?

You can reserve and pay online, then pick up your order at our physical store. The shop is open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 21:00, and Sundays from 11:00 to 19:00. Generally, your order will be ready for pickup two hours after purchase.

How can I request an invoice?
